Service Information
ALWAYS is a nonprofit community legal center committed to balancing the scales of justice for Arizonas vulnerable young people. We open doors to opportunity by providing no-cost legal services for vulnerable children and youth, and survivors of human trafficking. Working through referrals from our social service partners, we help clients lift the legal barriers that stand in the way of opportunity, stability, and self-sufficiency.
We serve youth and young adults who are 24 or younger and live in Maricopa or Pima County who are homeless or couch-surfing, live in a shelter, transitional housing, or group home, have experienced abuse or domestic violence, have experienced sex or labor trafficking, or are now or were previously in the foster care system.
Mission Statement: ALWAYS opens the doors of justice for youth and young adults impacted by homelessness, sex trafficking, and abuse.
